1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the use of the My AI Council platform, a registered trademark owned by Tarraco App Lab, S.L.U., with registered address at C/ Pau Claris, 2 - 43005 Tarragona (Spain).. By signing up or using the service, you accept these terms, the Legal notice, and the Privacy policy.

2. Description of the service

My AI Council lets you send a query to several artificial intelligence models at once and obtain a consensus analysis of their responses. The service may evolve, adding or removing models and features.

3. User account

  • You must be of legal age and provide truthful information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out with your account.
  • You must notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Carry out unlawful activities or activities that infringe the rights of third parties.
  • Generate or spread content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or that violates fundamental rights.
  • Attempt to circumvent technical, usage, or security limits, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Automate access abusively or overload the platform.

5. Content and AI responses

The responses are generated by third-party AI models and are for guidance only: they may be inaccurate or incomplete and do not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for how you use them and for verifying the information before making decisions. Do not enter particularly sensitive data, secrets, or confidential third-party information in your queries.

6. Intellectual property

The software, brand, and design of My AI Council belong to Tarraco App Lab, S.L.U.. You retain the rights to the content you enter; you grant us a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of providing you with the service.

7. Availability

We work to offer a stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance or temporarily suspend the service for technical or security reasons.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarraco App Lab, S.L.U. will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the service, or for decisions made based on the AI responses.

9. Suspension and cancellation

We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms. You can close your account at any time; the effects on your data are governed by the Privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are substantial, we will notify you by reasonable means. Continued use of the service after the update implies acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals under the relevant legislation, respecting the rights that consumer protection law grants to consumer users.
